So, my plane from Chicago to Seoul left on time. However, due to the solar flares, we had to take a different route which added 2+ hours onto the already long 13.5 hour flight (ugh). Lucky for me I was able to score a middle seat the whole way (yes, my subtle use of sarcasm). I was able to find and connect with one of my teammats, Tom, in Chicago though. It was nice having someone else in the same situation as me. We ended up staying in Seoul for the night and are schedule from Seoul to Jakarta today at 3:00 p.m. (currently 11:00 a.m.). This won't get us there in time for our security briefing, IBM tour, or team dinner - so we have some ground to make up at some point. It was nice to sleep for a few hours in a bed and take a shower though. I am quite alert right now, but have a 7+ hour flight ahead of me. Better hope I get a second wind for when I meet the rest of the team tonight!
